Editorial. From Theophany to Communion: Journeys Through the Christian Mystery
Main Article Content
Abstract
The first regular issue of volume sixty of *Estudios Trinitarios*, published in 2026, brings together four studies that, from biblical, patristic, dogmatic, and ecumenical perspectives, explore some of the fundamental tenets of the Christian faith. The works presented here address the identity of Jesus Christ in the Gospel of Mark, the defense of the divinity of the Holy Spirit in the fourth-century controversy, the Augustinian understanding of the visio Dei in relation to Christian hope, and, finally, the richness of Eastern Trinitarian theology as a framework for contemporary ecumenical dialogue. Taken together, these studies highlight the vitality of current theological research and its ability to reinterpret the sources of the Christian tradition in light of the questions of our time.
